Nanjing La Vita

La Vita project is located in Xinjiekou Commercial Circle , the most prosperous area of downtown Nanjing and also China’s No. 1 Commercial Circle. Situated at the junction of Changjiang Road and North Hongwu Road, LA VITA is across the street from Nanjing Culture & Art Center. Upon completion, LA VITA will become a landmark complex in the historical and cultural famous city of Nanjing and the cultural street of Changjiang Road.

The first phase of this project covers an area of 5012m², with an overall floorage of 25907.6m². There are totally 14 storeys, among which Floor 1 to 2 is for commercial boutiques and Floor 3 to 14 for high-end hotel apartments. The second phase covers an area of 5400m², planning build high-grade office and commercial boutiques .
