Shanghai Tian An Centre

Tian An Centre is a Grade A office building standing at the diamond axis of Shanghai CBD-Nanjing Road (W), and overlooks the resplendent view of People’s Square. It is adjacent to many famous landmarks like the city hall, Tomorrow Square, Shanghai Grand Theatre, and Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, and is within close proximity to the transit platforms of Subway No. 1, 2 and 8, the North-south Elevated Highway, and the YanAn Elevated Highway which leads to HongQiao Airport and PuDong Airport-two main airports in Shanghai.

Tian An Centre is 119.9 meters high with 30 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. The famous Hongkong based architect company - MLA Architects - has contributed to the project’s unique and contemporary design. The 180 degree arc surface enables you to survey the whole of People’s Square.

The project uses low-energy glass for the exterior curtain wall, and is equipped with thirteen Fujitec lifts, an intelligence fire warning system from Honeywell, and many other advanced technology and facilities.  

The occupancy rate is managed to be maintained at a high level, featuring well-known tenants like Hylink Digital, Suez Environment, Grand Ocean Department Store Group Co., Ltd, and other listed companies in the country.
