Changchun Tian An City One

Changchun Tian An City One is located at No.661 Silicon Street within Changchun New and High-tech Development Zone. It occupies an area of 420,000m² and the total GFA of 600,000m². The famous international designer - Belt Colins - was invited for the general planning and landscape design, and French PA Construction Company were engaged in the architectural design. The project’s all bright lay-out design is unique in town.

Aiming at creating Changchun’s first noble community. The fountain square of 10,000m², a multi-function club with thermostatic indoor swimming pool, a sunny leisure house for old people, a recreation club, and ancillary facilities of 6,000m².
